Product Description

The multistage high-speed centrifugal blower features a high-speed, single-inlet, double-support structure. The blower is driven by an electric motor via a gearbox and a metal-laminated flexible coupling. Both the inlet and outlet are vertically downwards.

Product Applications

Multistage high-speed centrifugal blowers are widely used in various applications requiring air transport, such as smelting boilers, coal washing plants, mine flotation, wastewater treatment, and chemical gasification. They can also be used to transport other non-corrosive gases. This series of blowers features high efficiency, low noise, stable operation, few vulnerable parts, and easy installation, operation, and maintenance.

Structural Composition

The casing of the multistage high-speed centrifugal blower is made of welded and cast iron. Generally, the D-type casing and bearing housing are horizontally split along the axis, with the bearing housing and lower casing cast as one piece. The rotor's main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the impeller is welded from high-strength alloy steel. Labyrinth seals are installed at the impeller inlet ring of each stage, between stages, and at both ends of the casing to prevent gas leakage.
