Product Structure

Casing and Rotor
1. The rotor is integrally cast or welded from 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel. It undergoes precision machining and dynamic balancing for smooth operation.
2. The synchronous gear system uses high-strength alloy steel gears to ensure contactless operation between rotors, reducing wear.
3. The zero-leakage sealing system can use a combination of labyrinth seals, mechanical seals, or fluororubber seals to effectively prevent gas leakage and air backflow.
4. The explosion-proof drive system is equipped with an explosion-proof motor (Ex d / Ex e), meeting the standards for use in explosion-proof areas.
