Product Description

Our company is one of the earliest manufacturers of tunnel jet fans in China. Over 30 years, we have accumulated extensive experience in designing and manufacturing various models of jet fans. Based on the testing and operating conditions of jet fans, we have established a technical database to continuously improve the blade profile and dimensions.

The 11kW, 15kW, 30kW, and 37kW highway tunnel jet fans have operated stably for 2 hours at extreme temperatures (280℃), meeting the Chinese CCC fire protection product standard.

Key components of our jet fans are manufactured using molds. The rectifier, which plays a role in noise control, is stretched and formed using a 315-ton hydraulic press to ensure optimal streamlined airflow. The impeller, a key component of the wind turbine, is made of ZLG114 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. It is die-cast using a J453A low-pressure casting machine, followed by annealing and aging treatment, tensile testing, gamma-ray flaw detection, and finally, balance verification using a high-precision dynamic balancing machine. This ensures the wind turbine can operate reliably for extended periods.
