The Air-Suspension Turbo Blower is a high-efficiency blower developed, designed, and manufactured by our company in 2010. The Air-Suspension Turbo Blower utilizes three core technologies: an ultra-high-speed direct-drive motor, air-bearing suspension, and a high-precision single-stage centrifugal impeller. Compared to traditional Roots blowers, it achieves energy savings of 15% to 30%.
Product Structure
1. Single-Stage Centrifugal ImpellerThe impeller can be made of materials such as AL7075 (high-strength aerospace aluminum), Ti, and SUS, possessing excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance, with a service life of over 30 years. The impeller and motor are directly connected, achieving a power transmission efficiency of 97%. Impeller casting can be customized to meet specific operating conditions. The design employs frequency conversion regulation, abandoning guide vane adjustment, thus widening the blower's adjustable range.
2. Oil-Free Air Suspension BearingAir suspension bearings mainly consist of radial bearings and thrust bearings. Before startup, there is physical contact between the rotating shaft and the bearing. During startup, the relative movement between the rotating shaft and the bearing creates a hydrodynamic field, which generates buoyancy within the radial bearing. This buoyancy keeps the rotating shaft in a suspended state, achieving free rotation. Unlike traditional ball bearings, this type of bearing has no physical contact points between the rotating shaft and the bearing during operation, thus requiring no lubrication. It has extremely low energy loss and extremely high efficiency, making it suitable for various working environments. This technology can be applied to high-power, high-speed machinery with speeds up to 100,000 rpm. Rigorous testing shows that this bearing can withstand over 20,000 startup cycles, fully meeting design and practical application requirements.
3. Ultra-High-Speed Frequency Modulation MotorThe BLDCM permanent magnet brushless ultra-high-speed motor is a new type of motor that has emerged with the development of permanent magnet material technology, semiconductor technology, and control technology. During operation, the rotary shaft achieves high-speed operation at 20,000-200,000 revolutions per minute, with an engine efficiency of up to 97%. The permanent magnet brushless ultra-high-speed motor is also equipped with a digital speed control device, simplifying system control. It features high speed, no vibration, low noise, small size, simple structure, high efficiency and energy saving, and low electromagnetic radiation, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly motor.
4. Fully Automatic Oil-Free Cooling SystemThe air-suspended blower utilizes a patented technology combining completely oil-free air-cooling and water cooling (Utility Model Name: A High-Speed Air-Suspension Fluid Mechanical Cooling System, Patent No.: ZL 2017 2 1026442.9). The cooling fins are made of aluminum alloy (AL), which has extremely high thermal conductivity, resulting in no additional energy loss and a simple construction. Blowers below 150HP employ self-cooling technology, with a rationally and ingeniously designed airflow channel, and are equipped with motor cooling fins designed with superior aerospace mechanical design and manufacturing technology. Larger models (200HP and above) feature a water-cooled internal circulation system, eliminating the need for separate cooling fans or additional cooling water. This cooling design ensures the blower maintains excellent and reliable performance even in hot summers.
5. Noise Reduction Technology and Built-in Vent ValveThe blower's internal outlet bypass pipe is equipped with a vent valve and silencer, its outer shell made of carbon steel and filled with sound-absorbing material. The blower uses an internal pneumatic vent valve, ensuring safe shutdown without any impact during power outages or abnormal conditions, while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. These are directly connected to the blower via flexible connecting pipes to reduce pressure loss and noise from the inlet pipe. The filter and silencer have steel shells and internal sound-absorbing material. Replaceable square or rectangular filter elements are installed at the air inlet. A single-piece inlet silencer, made of a thin sheet structure of high-quality sound-absorbing material, is installed between the blower inlet and the filter to reduce inlet noise. High-tech air suspension bearing technology completely eliminates mechanical friction and vibration. Rigorous testing has proven that the noise level at a distance of 1 meter from the machine during operation is <80dB.
6. High-Efficiency Inverter and Control SystemThe Air-Suspension Turbo Blower integrates local control and an inverter system, eliminating the need for separate inverter cabinets and control cabinets. Various functions can be set and parameters such as fluid temperature, motor speed, outlet pressure, air volume, and power consumption can be queried through the fan's own control panel. The system also supports digital remote control and monitoring functions, allowing control from a central control room.

5. Convenient Operation and ControlThe blower's speed, pressure, temperature, and flow rate can be self-checked and controlled via a personal computer. It supports constant pressure operation, load/no-load operation, overload control, and anti-surge control, enabling unmanned operation. The blower's flow rate is adjusted by changing the impeller speed. Adjusting the speed based on changes in the intake air temperature and pressure easily regulates the flow rate. Flow rate can be adjusted automatically or manually.
