The Coke Oven Gas Zero-Leakage Booster Blower Fan is a new type of gas conveyor developed based on the development trend of two-stage gasifiers and combined with single-stage gasifiers. It fundamentally solves the long-standing problem of relying on imported blowers or using Roots blowers, which suffer from high noise and unadjustable flow rates.

Since its market launch, operation has proven that this model of blower features low noise, a flat performance curve, a wide flow adjustment range, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and especially good sealing performance and stable operation, earning high praise from customers.

This machine can be manufactured to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, with outlet angles of 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees, allowing users to choose according to their actual pipeline network needs.

The Coke Oven Gas Zero-Leakage Booster Blower Fan is specifically designed for pressurizing gas in industrial and mining gas stations, pressurizing gas from blast furnaces, coke ovens, and converters, conveying gases requiring tight airtightness such as ammonia, biogas, and methane, as well as high-pressure forced ventilation.
