Product Features
1. The fan mainly consists of a collector, main body, diffuser, drive shaft, and motor; it is generally installed in a machine room, which is equipped with lifting equipment for easy installation and maintenance; each component is individually fixed to the concrete foundation with flexible connections to reduce vibration transmission.
2. The fan uses a single motor drive, with the motor installed outside the fan via a long shaft. This installation method is particularly suitable for large mines where the power requirements vary significantly between the early and later stages of operation. The fan design is not limited by the motor size, allowing for the use of different motors as needed, saving energy and facilitating replacement.
3. The fan is selected based on the mine's operating parameters and can be configured with a single impeller or a double impeller. Guide vanes are installed before and after the impeller, improving fan efficiency.
4. The fan is equipped with an electric braking device, which is easy to operate and allows for rapid reversal of airflow direction. The reverse ventilation procedure can be completed in 5 minutes. The reverse airflow volume reaches more than 60% of the normal airflow volume.
5. The fan is equipped with a non-stop refueling device and an oil drainage device, allowing for lubrication during operation.
6. Temperature and vibration sensors are pre-embedded in the fan bearing housing and between the motor bearings and stator windings, allowing for the display of temperature and vibration data of various parts during fan operation. 7. The blades are made of forged aluminum alloy and precisely machined using a multi-axis CNC machining center, eliminating design and manufacturing errors. The blades on the same impeller have excellent consistency in their airfoil shape, significantly improving the fan's aerodynamic performance.
