Product Description

When stainless steel is insufficient for handling highly corrosive gases, our fiberglass low-pressure high-volume centrifugal fan can be used. The entire fan is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, with a maximum output air volume of 350,000 m³/h.

This fiberglass low-pressure high-volume centrifugal fan can resist strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and other corrosive chemicals, making it suitable for chemical, electroplating, and oxidation environments containing corrosive gases.

Product Features

1. The impellers undergo dynamic balancing tests to ensure long-term quiet and stable operation. The fan shaft is precision-machined and heat-treated, and the bearings in the bearing housing are sealed and lubricated, resulting in a long service life and ensuring high reliability.

2. The fan casing and impeller are made of fiberglass, with a resin content of at least 50% in the structural layer. Different anti-corrosion formulas are added during the design process to consider the corrosive characteristics of different gas components, ensuring material durability.

3. The fan adopts a high-balance, backward-curved impeller, combined with a volute and inlet venturi tube designed using CFD flow field simulation, enabling a maximum efficiency of 90%.

4. The fan is made of vinyl ester resin, pure fiberglass, with a one-piece molded outer shell, five-axis impeller engraving process, and has passed overspeed and explosion-proof tests. The rotor balance is ≤2.0mm/s.
