Product Description

The pulverized coal fan is designed according to the performance requirements of the pulverized coal combustion system in thermal power plants. The fan is used to blow pulverized coal into the boiler. The pulverized coal cannot pass directly through the impeller, otherwise the impeller will wear out easily. The inside of the volute is lined with protective plates for easy replacement after wear. The bearing housing contains lubricating oil for bearing cooling and is equipped with cooling water pipes to cool the lubricating oil.

Product Structure

The fan mainly consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, and transmission group.

1. Impeller - Available with 16 or 32 blades, forward-curved type. The blades, wheel cover, and wheel disc are all made of 16Mn steel and coated with a wear-resistant layer. The impeller has no diffuser vanes, and the maximum peripheral speed of the outer edge is 140 m/s. After forming, the impeller is corrected for static and dynamic balance, ensuring stable operation.

2. Casing - Composed of two parts. After disassembly, the rotor can be lifted out for easy maintenance. The volute plate part uses 16Mn steel to improve wear resistance, and the rest is welded from ordinary steel plates to form a complete volute casing.

3. Air Inlet - Made into a convergent streamlined integral structure, fixed to the casing inlet side with bolts.

4. Transmission Group - Consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, and pulley. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing is an integral structure. Rolling bearings are used, lubricated with bearing grease.

Product Features

1. In terms of performance, it can completely replace the original old-type fan, and its maximum efficiency reaches 86%, resulting in significant energy savings.

2. The materials (wheel cover, wheel disc, blades) have all been upgraded to 16Mn steel plates, and a wear-resistant coating has been added, extending the service life.

3. The transmission components (except the main shaft) are interchangeable with the old product, and the basic dimensions remain the same as the old product (except for the 0-degree outlet).

4. Due to the larger total pressure coefficient of the new fan, its diameter is smaller, and the circumferential speed is also lower, thus improving the working stability of the fan.
