The SDS series tunnel jet fan has bidirectional jet function, rich product models, excellent dynamic and static blades, and uniform axial pressure distribution design. Using fluid simulation software FLUENT, the ventilation effect of the tunnel under normal and fire conditions is simulated to ensure low energy consumption and high stability performance of the jet fan. The SDS series tunnel jet fan can be used in the longitudinal ventilation system of highway tunnels and railway tunnels. The fan is generally suspended at the top or on both sides of the tunnel for use.
1. Under the specified working conditions, the design service life of the fan is at least 10 years (excluding vulnerable parts), and the safe operation time before the first major overhaul is not less than 2000 hours

4. 5. The support strength of the fan installation hanger is maintained at more than 15 times the static load of the fan, making installation convenient. The size of the hanger structure can be adjusted according to the actual embedded parts of the tunnel
6. The jet fan is installed at a distance of 15cm~20cm from the boundary of the tunnel building, with the fan axis parallel to the tunnel axis. The installation method of the fan should be fixed or suspended.
7. All components of the jet fan have undergone anti-corrosion and anti rust treatment, coated with two layers of high-temperature resistant anti rust primer and two layers of high-temperature resistant topcoat When there are special requirements, the muffler orifice plate is made of stainless steel plate, the fan surface is galvanized, and the connecting bolts are stainless steel bolts.
