Zero Leakage Oil and Gas Explosion-Proof Blower Fans are ventilation equipment specifically designed for flammable and explosive hazardous environments such as oil and gas extraction, processing, storage, and transportation. Their core functions are forced ventilation, removal of harmful gases, control of dust concentration, and regulation of temperature and humidity to ensure workplace safety.
These fans fall under the category of explosion-proof ventilation fans and are mainly used in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations containing explosive gases (such as methane, propane, etc.) or dust, as well as in Class IIA and IIB gas environments.
The temperature of the transported medium typically does not exceed 80℃, with a dust content ≤100mg/m³ and impurity diameter ≤1mm.

1. Explosion-proof Motor: Adopting explosion-proof types such as flameproof (d) or increased safety (e), conforming to GB3836 and IEC60079 series standards. Explosion-proof impeller: Typically made of materials that do not easily generate sparks, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or fiberglass, ensuring no sparks are generated when the impeller collides with components such as the air inlet.
2. Explosion-proof enclosure: The equipment is equipped with an explosion-proof enclosure structure, which can confine any potential sparks or explosions within the enclosure, preventing them from causing an explosion in the external environment.
3. Safety design: Friction between rotating and stationary parts is prevented. The impeller must undergo dynamic balancing (accuracy not lower than G6.3 level) and pass an overspeed test at 110% speed.
